Callum is the most kind and genuine person I know. When I found out that he offered personal training at a gym nearby, I joined the gym without hesitation, just so he could be my personal trainer! I had never considered personal training beforehand, but throughout our sessions and afterwards, I found I was much more motivated to get stronger and work on areas that were more of a challenge for me. He made our sessions comfortable and enjoyable with his friendly smile and listening ear. I felt supported, especially during a very difficult time in my life, while making noticeable strength gains in my body. Callum also helped me make sense of my whole health picture - mind, body, and soul - nurturing each aspect without becoming overly taxed throughout the process.
